摘要
本文报道将四环素族化合物标记牛血清白蛋白的方法，研究了其偶联物的荧光特性．结果表明四环素族化合物具有良好的荧光标记蛋白质的功能．
A method of tetracycline derivatives used to label to bovine serum albumin is studied in this paper. The fluorescent properties of their coupling compounds are also tested. The results show that the tetracycline derivatives which are used as fluorescent labels of proteins have good properties. The method is simple and effective.
