摘要
从有机试剂作为光谱探针及其辅助试剂测定生物大分子 (主要是蛋白质和核酸 )的作用机理出发 ,综述了 1996年以来国内外在此领域的研究进展情况 。
From the point that organic reagents are regarded as spectral probes or accessorial reagents, this paper summarized the research and development (1996～present) of their applications in determining biological macromolecules.
