摘要
本文报道了高灵敏度荧光增效法测定四环素的新方法,在zeph存在下,测定下限为10^(-3)μg/ml,线性范围为0～10^(-2)μg/ml,本法应用于样品中四环素的测定,结果满意。
A simple and highly sensitive fluorescent synergistic method for the determination of tetracycline is reported. In the presence of Zeph, the detection limit is 1×10^(-3)μg/ml. The linear range of 0～1×10^(-2)μg/ml is obtained. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline in tablet of tetracycline and unguentum tetracycline with satisfactory results.
