摘要
笔者概述了纤维素酶的类型、作用机理;综述了产纤维素酶的菌种选育,包括产纤维素酶的微生物天然类群,诱变育种、工程菌的构建、发酵工艺等;并对纤维素酶的研究进行了展望。
The author summarized types and mechanism of action of cellulase;provided an overview of breeding of strains producing cellulase including cellulase-producing microbial natural group,mutation in breeding,building of engineering fungus and fermenting technology as well as giving an outlook for research on cellulase.
