摘要
以滤纸液化度及纤维素酶活性为指标,从土样中筛出77株、粪便中筛出22株、菌库49株中进一步筛选出分解滤纸及秸秆能力较强的三株菌,通过初步鉴定分别为绿色木霉、哈茨木霉和饲料芽孢杆菌,其中筛选出的单菌株利用纤维素的能力较低,以绿色木酶为最好。但通过各菌株的配合,使其混合发酵,可使纤维分解能力明显提高,且三菌混合培养产酶效率最高。
In this study, according to the indexes of liquefaction degree filter paper and activity of CMCNase, 77 strains from soil samples, 22 strains from excrements, 3 strains from 49 strains in the bacterium store were screened, they had high straw degrading and filter paper degrading. At primary examination, they were known as Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma harzianum and Paenibacillus pabuli. Among them, single strain's ability of using cellulose was low, the best one was Trichoderma harzianum's. But by cooperation of strains and mixture ferment, the ability of using cellulose was improved obviously, and the activity of CMCNase had the highest efficiency in the mixed culture.
