综述了红曲霉及其发酵产物的研究概况。介绍了红曲霉主要生理活性物质洛伐他订的作用机理和检测方法的研究进展。
This paper gave a summary on the research done on monascus and its fermentation products and introduced the development of the current research on the effective mechanism and the identification methods on Lovastatin, the main physiological active composition.
