摘要
目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)在肺非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及与凋亡相关蛋白 Survivin、Bax 表达的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测52例 NSCLC 组织中 HIF-1α和 Survivin、Bax 的表达。结果 NSCLC 组织中 HIF-1α、Survivin、Bax 的阳性表达率分别为38.5%(20/52)、48.1%(25/52)和42.3%(22/52)。HIF-1α的表达与肿瘤临床分期(x^2=8.271,P<0.05)及淋巴结转移(x^2=6.370,P<0.05)相关,与肿瘤病理类型(x^2=0.561,P>0.05)及分化程度(x^2=0.326,P>0.05)无明显相关性。HIF-1α的表达与 Survivin 表达(γ=0.496,P<0.05)和 Bax 表达(γ=0.681,P<0.05)正相关。结论 HIF-1α表达与NSCLC 的浸润性发展、转移及凋亡发生密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and relationship thereof to survivin and Bax, apoptosis related proteins, in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used in 52 specimens of NSCLC to detect the expression of HIF-1α, survivin and Bax. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α,survivin and Bax were 38.5% (20/52), 48.1% (25/52), and 42.3% (22/52) respectively. The higher the pathological stage of tumor, the higher expression rate of HIF-1α ( X^2 = 8.271 ,P 〈0.05 ). The positive rate of HIF-1α expression of the patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that of the patients without lymph node metastasis ( X^2 = 6. 370,P 〈 0.05 ). However, HIF-1α expression had no relationship to the pathological type ( X^2 = 0. 561, P 〉 0. 05 ) and differentiation degree ( X^2 = 0. 326, P 〉 0. 05 ). Correlation analysis showed that the expression of HIF-1 ct was positively correlated with the surviving expression( γ =0.496,P〈0.05) and Bax expression (γ =0.681,P 〈0.05). Condusion The expression of HIF-1α is related to the infiltration, metastasis, and apoptosis of NSCLC.
