摘要
目的:对胸腺肿瘤组织环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase,COX-2)的表达状况进行免疫组织学评价,探讨其在胸腺肿瘤浸润转移的分子生物学机制。方法:以10年间胸腺肿瘤的组织标本为对象,在石蜡切片上应用COX-2抗体进行免疫组织化学染色,以血管内皮细胞COX-2的阳性表达为阳性对照,考察肿瘤的中心部和边缘部COX-2的表达状况。结果:几乎非浸润性胸腺瘤,肿瘤的中心部和边缘部COX-2呈弱阳性;浸润性胸腺肿瘤边缘部COX-2呈强阳性,其中,在具有间质和脏器浸润的肿瘤细胞COX-2增强表达较明显;而胸腺类癌和胸腺癌,肿瘤的中心部和边缘部全部肿瘤细胞COX-2呈强阳性。结论:胸腺肿瘤的浸润性发展与COX-2的增强表达具有相关性,COX-2在肿瘤细胞的增强表达可能会成为肿瘤患者恶性度和判断预后的重要的生物学指标,并可为临床医生提供诊断和辅助治疗依据。
Objective:The increased expression of COX-2,the isoform of COX(cyclooxyge-nase),in colon and lung cancer is related to the development and progression of malignancies closely.The invasive thymoma and thymus carcinoid with the characteristics of invasion and metastasis have a bad prognosis same with thymus cancer.their molecularbiological characteristics were unclear,The immunohistochemical evaluation was performed for the study of invasive moleculobiological mechanism of the COX-2expression of thymus tumor tissue.Methods:The immunostaining was performed to the tissue samples of surgically resected thymus tissue in past10years with COX-2antibody.The CoX-2expression of center and margin in tumor were ob-served with the positive control of vessel epithelium cell COX-2expression.Results:The expres-sion of COX-2in both center and margin in non-invasive thymus tumor was weaker than that in invasive thymus tumor.In the cancer cells with interstitial and organ invasion,the expression of COX-2increased obviously,in thymus cancer and carcinoid,the expression of COX-2in both margin and center showed positive strongly.Conclusion:The results showed that the invasive progression of thymus tumor is relative to the increased expression of COX-2.In conclusion,COX-2played a important role in the diagnosis and treatment of thymus tumor.
