摘要
对超临界CO2萃取的生姜油树脂进行GC-MS成分分析,鉴定出50种主要组分,采用归一化法确定了各组分相对含量。
Ginger oleoresin extracted by supereritieal CO2 was analyzed by GC-MS. 50 main compounds were identified and the relative percentages of the constituents were determined by normalization method.
