Inhibitory Effects of Juice from Asparagus Officinalis L. on Cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced Mutagenic Activities in Mice

摘要 用微核 (MN)试验、姐妹染色单体交换 (SCE)及精子畸形试验探讨芦笋汁对环磷酰胺(CTX)致突变作用的影响 .结果表明 ,单纯芦笋汁对小鼠骨髓细胞MN和SCE及精子畸形均无明显影响 ,但一定剂量芦笋汁可使CTX诱发的MN率 (6 .0 0 % )降低 (5 .0 3%~ 2 .6 6 % ) ,SCE(2 9.2 2次 /细胞 )减少 (2 6 .4 0~ 13.37次 /细胞 ) ,精子畸形率 (6 .10 % )下降 (5 .12 %~ 2 .86 % ) ,均呈现剂量 Micronucleus (MN) test?sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) and sperm malformation test were used to study the effects of asparagus officinalis on the mutagenic activities of cyclophosphamide (CTX). It was found that the juice from asparagus officinalis itself didn't affect the incidence of MN?SCE in marrow cells and sperm malformation in normal mice. But in CTX treated mice, MN rate in 10 000 PCEs was reduced from 6.00% to 5.03% ~2.66% in a dose dependent manner, and SCE frequencies in 500 metaphase marrow cells was also decreased from 29.22 times/cell to 26.40~13.37 times/cell. Sperm malformation rate was reduced from 6.10% to 5.12%~2.86% in 10 000 germ cells in the same manner. The above date indicate that juice from Asparagus officinalis L can protect animals against CTX induced mutagenic injury.
