A Study of Ginger Oil Extracted with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

摘要 用超临界CO_2技术应用于福建生姜提取姜油,探讨不同实验条件对姜油萃取率和姜油质量的影响。结果表明,在一定条件下,姜油萃取率对数值与CO_2流体密度呈正比,姜油组分基本相似,但各组分相对含量有一定差异,提高萃取压力有利于姜辣素的提取。 This paper is a study of the effect of extracting conditings on the quality of ginger oil which is extracted from Fujian-produced ginger rhizone with supercritical carbon dioxide.The result shows that under testing consitions,the logarithmic extractibility of ginger oil varies directly with the density of CO2 fluid,with the oil having about the same composition.It also shows that the gingerol component's concentration increases with the CO2 pressure rising.
