摘要
用毛细管气相色谱质谱方法对同一种薄荷夏、秋季茎叶中挥发油的精细成分进行了分析测试 ,夏季薄荷共分离出 2 0个组分、秋季薄荷 16个组分 ,通过计算机库存质谱图和标准谱图册检索鉴定出了各个组分对应的化合物 ,用峰面积归一化方法计算出各组分的体积分数 .夏季薄荷以薄荷醇 ( 91.86% )、薄荷酮( 5.0 9% )为主 ,秋季薄荷以薄荷醇 ( 85.73% )、薄荷酮 ( 5.12 % )、α蒎烯 ( 2 .68% )、β 蒎烯 ( 2 .0 7% )和柠檬烯( 1.71% )为主 .
The fine composition of volatile oils in raw peppermint oil of summer and autumn was analysed by combined means of programmed temperature capillary GC/MS. 20 compounds in the summer mint voiatile oils and 16 compounds of autumn mint volatile oils were separated and identified. Their main constituents in the whole summer mint are (1α,2α,5β) menthol (16.88%) , (1α,2β,5β)menthol (74.98%) ,cismenthone(3.84%), (2Rcis)menthone (1.25%) ; and those in autumn are (1α,2α,5β) menthol (15.76%) , (1α,2β,5β)menthol (69.79%) ,cismethone(3.88%), (2Rcis)methone (1.24%), bicyclo[3.1.1] hept2ene,2,6,6trimethyl(2.68%), bicyclo[3.1.1] heptane,6,6demethyl2methylene(2.07%), cyclohexene,1methyl4(1methylethenyl)(1.17%).
