摘要
食文化不仅表现在烹调方法、用餐方式、餐桌、餐具上,更无形地支配着人们的食物结构,深刻地影响着食物生产和国家的命运。因此,食文化是人类饮食生活的灵魂。中国的饮食文化可以说是先进农耕文化的代表,无论在其合理性、丰富性、科学性方面,都曾经极大地推动了中华民族的壮大和发展。文化与技术是传统食品振兴的双翅,文化的力量,对发挥经济效益有重要作用。现代经济战争往往以文化精神的渗透为先导。因此,振兴中国的农业、食品产业,必须要弘扬中华饮食文化。
Food culture is not only embodied in cooking method, consumption means, dining table and tableware, but also dominates people's dietary patterns in invisible form, which exerts a profound influence on food production and fate of country. Food culture is therefore the soul of people's life. Furthermore, Chinese food culture is the delegation of advanced farming culture in terms of reasonability, abundance, scientificity, which has once promoted the development of Chinese nationalities notably. Culture and technology are the wings of traditional food developing. The power of culture is of vital importance in utilizing economic benefits. Modern economic war is usually guided by permeation of culture spirit. Thus, Chinese food culture should be developed in order to revive Chinese agriculture and food industry.
