摘要
[目的]总结"甬上中医泰斗"钟一棠应用治未病理论治疗崩漏病的经验。[方法]通过学习病案和跟随钟一棠先生临诊,从"治未病"角度论述钟老治疗崩漏病的学术思想和临床经验,阐释其遣方用药特点,并附验案举隅。[结果]钟老临证善用"治未病"思想防治崩漏病,指出崩漏病未发时以"怡情易性,养生固本,调体防病",病已发时当"健脾固冲,通因通用,澄源固本",病瘥后当"综合调摄,护肾调经,防病遗复",遵该理论遣方及调摄,临床屡获良效。[结论]钟一棠先生擅用"治未病"理论治疗崩漏病,符合崩漏病缠绵易复特点,疗效显著且有效控制病情反复,对指导临床有实用价值,值得推广应用。
[Objective]To summarize Ningbo famous doctor ZHONG Yitang＇s experience about treating abnormal uterine bleeding with theory of preventive treatment.[Method] By studying and following Professor ZHONG diagnosis, this paper discussed Professor ZHONG＇s academic views and clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding from the theory of preventive treatment. It expounded the characteristics of his prescription characteristics with proven cases. [Result]ZHONG was good at preventing and treating uterine bleeding with the theory of preventive treatment. ZHONG said people should maintain mild temperament and adhere to health care in order to prevent disease; People should strengthen spleen Qi, solidify Chong Ren, maintain blood flow,and solidify Zheng Qi,when the disease attacks. People should adhere to health care in order to prevent disease recurrence when disease early recovery. Following this method, lots of patients had good outcomes.[Conclusion] Professor ZHONG Yitang is good at using the theory of preventive treatment in treating abnormal uterine bleeding. This method had good outcomes and was suit for this disease characteristic of tending to relapse. This method can guide the clinical work, and was worthy of popularization and application.
