摘要
战略人力资源管理首先要依据对企业价值贡献的重要性对员工进行分类。论文综述了基于员工个体和团队的贡献对员工进行分类的相关文献,提出并明确地界定了基于知识和知识转移的战略人力资源团队概念———即具有高知识密度和强互动强度的团队,并指出了这种战略型人力资源团队的管理特色。
SHRMR should begin with the classification of employees according to their contribution to firms'success, so Literatures concerned are reviewed. Base of those,this paper puts forward and defines the knowledge - based strategic human resource team which possesses greater knowledge density and higher frequent interaction, and the management characteristics of the knowledge--based strategic human resource team are brought to light also.
