摘要
在探讨知识密集型服务(KIBS)企业、客户互动的广度及深度与创新绩效之间关系的基础上,进一步分析了影响互动广度和互动深度的影响因素,并通过对我国企业大样本的问卷调查统计,借助结构方程建模(SEM),对所提出的理论假设进行了验证分析,深入研究了内外部因素影响KIBS企业与客户的互动以及与客户的互动促进KIBS企业创新绩效的作用机制和路径关系,为我国KIBS企业提高创新能力和创新绩效提供了有益的理论指导.
It first analyzed effect of interaction breath and depth between knowledge intensive based service (KIBS) firm and its customers on innovation performance. Then, it further analyzed the influencing factors of interaction breath and depth. Through the questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling (SEM), the theoretical hypotheses were verified and analyzed. It finds the internal and external factors that affect the interaction between KIBS firm and its cus- tomers, and the mechanisms that customer interaction promotes KIBS firm's innovation performance. It provides some useful theoretical guidances for KIBS firms to improve their innovation capability and innovation performance.
