摘要
创新的人力资源是实现科技创新的关键因素。本文从人力资源基本特征出发,对当前人力资源开发、管理过程中存在问题进行初步分析,进而提出创新人力资源开发与管理的对策与建议。
Innovating human resource is a crucial factor to bring about scientific and technological innovation. Based on the basic characteristics of human resource, the current problems in human resource development and management are preliminarily analyzed, accordingly the countermeasures for development and mamagement of innovating human resource are proposed.
