摘要
采用直接蒸馏－大孔树脂－气相色谱法，以正十七烷为内标，对徐长卿中的丹皮酚进行了含量测定。结果表明，在所测浓度范围内，峰面积与被测物浓度的线性关系良好．ｒ＝０．９９９７。回收率为９９．４２％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ为２．２８％。
A method for the determination of paeonol in the root of Cynanchum poniculatum by macro-reticularresin-GC has been established. The experimental result shows that the standard curve is linear in the detection rangeand the recovery is 99.42% (RSD=2. 28%, n= 5).
