摘要
目的:研究小叶锦鸡儿的化学成分。方法:用各种现代色谱方法分离小叶锦鸡儿根的化学成分,根据理化性质及波谱手段(MS,NMR,DEPT,^1H-^1H COSY,HSQC)鉴定结构。结果:从小叶锦鸡儿根的醋酸乙酯部分分离并鉴定了8个单体化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),7-羟基-3'4'-二甲氧基异黄酮,即赝靛黄素(2),阿魏酸二十五烷醇酯(3),阿魏酸十七烷醇酯(4),阿魏酸(5),胡萝卜苷(6),高丽槐树-7.O-β-D.吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),芒柄花素-7-D-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。结论:化合物1,3—7首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物3,4,5,7首次从锦鸡儿属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in roots of Caragana rnicrophylla. Method: The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods and chemical evidence. Result: Eight compounds were identified as β-sitosterol ( 1 ), pseudobaptigenin (2), pentacosanylferulates ( 3 ), heptadecanylferulates (4), ferulic acid (5), daucosterol (6), trifolirhizin (7), ononin (8) respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1, 3-7 were obtained from the plant for the first time, and 3, 4, 5 and 7 were obtained from the genus Caragana for the first time.
