摘要
以牡丹皮中丹皮酚的含量测定为例,探讨了如何结合专业特色设计选题,并在设计性实验各步骤中有效引导学生做好实验,提高学生学习主动性,培养学生创新思维和综合素质。
Taking 'quantitative determination of paeonol in moutan cortex' as an example,explorations of how to combine professional character with choosing experimental topics and effectively guide students during the procedure of design experiments were made.Such an experiment can develop students' activity and creativity,and culture their overall quality.
