摘要
丹皮酚及其甙类是牡丹皮的主要挥发性有效成分,具有降压、止血等多种药理作用。丹皮酚的含量测定有高效液相色谱法,水蒸汽蒸馏-紫外分光光度法等,但均需化学前处理,分析周期长,操作繁琐。本文采用直接蒸发-高分辨气相色谱法这一新技术。
A flash distillation-high resolution gas chromatographic method (FD/HRGC) is described for the determination of the principal volatile constituent,paeonbl, in Cortex Moutan Radicis and Liuwei Dihuang Wan, by using the FSOT column (28m×0.28mm I. D., coated with SE-30, df 0.26μm), FID detector and column temperature 185 C. The proposed method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and microquantities of the sample are used. Satisfactory results are obtained without any preliminary chemical treatment before injection.The optium conditions of flash distillation are as follows: furnance temperature, 320℃; distillation time, l minute.
