摘要
目的建立六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的电化学检测方法.方法循环伏安(CV)、差分脉冲 (DPV)及紫外和高效液相色谱等.结果在0.1 mol·L^-1的NaOH-NaH2PO4(pH=11)底液中、100 mv·s^-1的扫描速度下丹皮酚在铂电极上有一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10^-6~1×10^-3 mol·L^-1 的范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:I= 0.23-4082.64×C(r=0.998 4),检出限为1×10^-6 mol·L^-1.应用于六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的检测,结果令人满意.结论该方法准确可靠,操作简便、快速,重现性好,无干扰.
Aim To establish the electric chemistry analysis method to measure paeonol in liuweidihuangwan. Method Cyclic voltammerry, differential pulse voltammetry, UV and HPLC were used. Result 0.1 mol · L^- 1 NaOH-Na H2 PO4 buffer solution ( pH = 11 ), a sensitive oxidization peak of paeonol is obtained. The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of paeonol over the range of 1.0 × 10^-5 - 1.0 × 10^-3mol · L -1 with the detection limit of 5 × 10^-6mol · L^-1. Conclusion The method is applied to the determination of paeonol in Liuweidihuangwan with satisfactory results. Conclusion This method is accurate and dependable, easy to operate , have good reappearance and no interference.
