摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中,痕量硒(Ⅳ)强烈催化溴酸钾氧化次甲基兰褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了催化动力学测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的新方法.在选定的条件下,Se(Ⅳ)的测定线性范围为0~0.6μg/25mL,检出限4.7×10-(10)g/mL.该法可直接用于水样、发样、面粉和牛奶硒的测定.
A new catalytic kinetic method for determining trace selenium(IV) was described.Se(IV) can catalyze the discolouring oxidizing reaction of methylene blue by POtassium bromate in sulphuric acid medium. The detection limit for Se(IV) in 4.7× 10-10g / mL. The linear range of determination is 0-0.6μg / 25mL Se(IV). Satisfactory results were obtained for the direct determination of trace Se(IV) in water, flour, human hair and milk samples.
