摘要 综述了1996~2006年国内外催化动力学光度法测定硒的研究进展,主要包括:催化氧化动力学光度法、催化还原动力学光度法、催化氧化偶合偶联反应光度法以及阻抑动力学光度法,并从反应体系、介质、检出限、线性范围、应用对象等方面对催化动力学光度法及阻抑动力学光度法进行了归纳与综述。展望了催化动力学光度法的研究方向和发展前景:在反应体系中引入活化剂或表面活性剂以提高测定体系的灵敏度,与分离技术相结合提高测定体系的选择性,与其它分析仪器连用并与化学计量学方法相结合以扩大其应用范围,进一步探索研究相关动力学催化反应的机理为催化动力学光度法提供理论指导。 The development of catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric determination of selenium (Ⅳ) inclu- ding catalytic oxidation kinetic spectrophotometry, catalytic reduction kinetic spectrophotometry, catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry by using oxidative coupling reaction and inhibitory kinetic spectro- photometry from 1996 to 2006 is reviewed. The catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry and inhibitory ki- netic spectrophotometry are described in all aspects such as indicator reaction system, medium, detec- tion limit, linear range and their applications. Finally, the development tends and application perspec- tives for the catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric determination of selenium(Ⅳ) in the future are dis- cussed: adding the activators or surfactants to the reaction system for enhancing the sensitivity of de- tection system, combining with separation technology for increasing the selectivity, combining with other apparatus and chemical metrology to develop the application range, researching on the kinetic mechanism of catalytic reaction to provide the theory for catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry.
