摘要
在pH5.1的HAc-NaAc介质中,铑(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色,据此建立了一个以偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色反应为基础的新催化动力学测定铑的方法。铑(Ⅲ)浓度在0.4~4.0μg/25mL范围与log(A0/A)有线性关系(r=0.9989,y=0.2710x-0.0653),检出限为1.5×10-10g/mL。方法用于实际样品中铑的测定,对8份试液测定的相对标准偏差为0.8%~1.9%,回收率为98%~105%。
In the presence of rhodium, arsenazo can be oxidized by potassium peroidate in HAcNaAc (pH5.1)medium. The new catalytic kinetic method based on the decolorization reaction of arsenazo has been established for the determination of trace rhodium. Rhodium concentration and log (A0/A) is linearly related over the concentration range of 0.44.0 g/25mL (r=0.9989, y=0.2710x-0.0653). The detection limit is 1.510-10g/mL. The method has been used to determine trace rhodium in actual samples. The relative standard deviations obtained from 8 samples solution were 0.81.9% and the recoveries were in the range of 97.8%104.9%.
