摘要
研究了硝酸介质中痕量硒(Ⅳ)催化溴酸钾氧化中性红的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了一种新的测定痕量硒的动力学光度法.在适宜条件下,测硒(Ⅳ)的线性范围为0~12μg/L,方法的灵敏度为2.5×10-7g/L.茶叶样品消化液经溶剂萃取,消除了Fe(Ⅲ)等干扰离子的影响,测定回收率为92%~104%,相对标准偏差小于8%.
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace selenium (Ⅳ) is developed based on the catalysis of trace selenium(Ⅳ) to the discoloring oxidization of neutral red (HnR) by potassium bromate in dilute nitric acid. At the optimum condition, a linear range of 0~12μg/L of Se(Ⅳ) is achieved with a sensitive of 2.5×10 -7 g/L. Combined with separation of selenium by solvent extraction, the method has been used for the determination of trace selenium in practical tea samples. The recoveries are 92%~104% and the relative standard deviations are less than 8%.
