摘要
目的:建立由催化光度法测定超痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。方法:在弱酸性介质中,超痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化邻苯三酚红的反应有强烈的催化作用,根据催化剂Cu(Ⅱ)用量与该褪色反应速率间的关系.直接测定超痕量Cu(Ⅱ)。结果:此法检测限为4.6×10-11μg/25ml,测定范围为0~0.1μg/ml,测定催化反应的表观活化能为113.04KJ/mol。结论:该方法简便、快速、费用低,可用于人血清中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定。样品分析结果良好。
object : A new method to determine ultra-trace Cu (II) directly by spectrophotometry is reported. Method :[1] tra-trace Cu (II) in weak acid can catalyze the discolouring oxidization of pyrogallol red by hydrogen peroxide. The reaction rate is relatied to the concentration of Cu(II). Results : The detection limit of this method is 4. 6×10-11μg/ml. the linear respondence is 0-0. 1μg /25ml. the surface activatic energy of the catalytic reaction is 113. 04KJ/mol. Conclusion :This method is characteried by its simpl icity, rapidity and lower expense and may be used to determine ultra-trace Cu (II) in human blood.
