摘要
平衡计分卡作为一种绩效评价和战略管理工具已为国内外很多企业所采用,并取得了突出的成效。在国外,一些非营利性组织也开始应用这一工具。但在国内,非营利性组织应用平衡计分卡不论是在理论还是在实践研究方面都很少。文章通过对平衡计分卡的优越性研究,论述了平衡计分卡应用我国高校教师绩效评价的可行性。
BSC, as a tool of performance evaluation and strategic management, both at home and abroad, had made great achievements. Some non - profit - seeking organizations abroad have begun to apply this tool, while in China, it is quite new both theoretically and practically to the non - profit - seeking organizations. This thesis based on the study of advantages of BSC in order to interpret the feasibility of university teacher' s performance evaluation in China in light of BSC.
