摘要
产学研合作作为一种重要的技术创新形式已经受到学术界、企业界和科技管理部门越来越多的关注,但其绩效评价工作目前依然十分薄弱。通过对产学研合作内涵的剖析,并依据产学研三方参与合作的利益动机,在遵循指标体系建立原则的基础上,采用自上而下与自下而上相结合的方法,建立了一套产学研合作绩效评价指标体系。最后,通过对一个产学研合作项目的实际评价,验证了该指标体系的实用性。
The collaboration of Industry-- University-- Research Institute（IUR） as an important form of technology mnovation has received the academic, business and technology management departments more and more atten, but its performance evaluation is still very weak. Based on the analysis of the connotation of IUR , the participation interests and motives of tripartite collaborators, then following the set--up principles of an index system, using a combination of top--down and bottom--up approach, we established a set of performance evaluation index system of IUR. Finally, based on an actual evaluation of an IUR project, we verified the practicality of this index system.
