摘要
平衡计分卡着眼于组织的长远战略,重视非财务指标的管理,对于高校具有较强的适用性。将平衡计分卡引入高校,需在明确高校自身发展定位的基础上,从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习和创新等四个方面构建平衡计分卡的评价指标体系。
The commitment of the balanced scorecard is long-termed, strategic and finance-based, peculiarly suitable for universities. The paper studies the adaptabilities of the balanced scorecard from four aspects of financ- ing, client, internal management, and creativity.
