摘要
为提高高校行政单位的管理效率和质量,结合当前高校具体情况和绩效评价发展趋势,基于知识管理与平衡计分卡理论的整合,建立知识平衡计分卡模型,并对某高校行政部门的绩效指标体系进行设计,建立了战略地图,对我国高校行政绩效评价,绩效改进具有一定的借鉴意义。
To improve the efficiency and quality of the administration performance in colleges and universities,this paper presents a new mode of BSC（balanced score card）,which is established on the present specific situation of colleges and universities,the development tendency of PA（performance appraisal）,and the integration theory of knowledge management and BSC.In addition,it also designs a performance index system for a university administrative department and establishes a strategic map.The research done in the paper will have a referential impact on the evaluation and improvement of administrative performance in China’s colleges and universities.
