山东省某重点中学高中生考试焦虑自身因素相关的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高中生考试焦虑的自身相关因素。方法应用考试焦虑量表(TAS)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)之成人版本、自尊量表(SES)和应付方式问卷对山东省某重点中学高中523名学生进行调查。结果高中生TAS总分与EPQ的精神质因子分和情绪稳定性因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.001),而与内外向因子分呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。TAS总分与自尊量表总分呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。同时TAS总分与应付方式问卷的自责、幻想、合理化因子分呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论高中生考试焦虑的发生与其个性特征、自尊水平和应对方式密切相关。 Objective To explore personal related factors on test anxiety of high school students. Methods 523 students were investigated by Test Anxiety Scale (TAS), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and Coping Methods Inventory (CMI) in a high school in Shandong province. Results Among all the surveyed students, the total scores of TAS showed positive correlation with the P and N factor scores and negative correlation with the E factor scores of EPQ (P〈0.001). The total scores of TAS was significantly negatively related to the total scores of SES (P 〈0.001 ). And the total scores of TAS showed negative correlation with the self-blaming, fantasy or rationalization factor scores of CMI (P〈0. 001). Conclusions Test anxiety was closely related to personality, self-esteem and coping style in high school students.
