摘要
在盐胁迫条件下采用诱抗剂处理水稻幼苗,测定苗高和根长的耐盐系数及其诱导率,研究了诱抗剂对水稻耐盐性的诱导效果。结果表明:在诱抗剂最适浓度、最适诱导时间及适宜的盐胁迫条件下才能产生较好的诱导效果,不同诱抗剂的诱导效果有明显差异,而诱导率是衡量诱抗剂诱导效果的重要指标。
Seeding high ,salt tolerance coefficient(SSC) and root length salt tolerance coefficient(RSC), seeding high induce rate(SIR) and root length induce rate(RIR) are determine for rice seeding treat with elicitors under salt tress. Result indicated that effect of inducement can be better under the optimum concentration of elicitor, time of inducement and salt tress. Effect of inducement exist evident difference for differ elicitor. Inducement rate is a scale to import index in the effect of elicitor.
