摘要
将液体培养的稻瘟菌(Magnaporthe grisea)ZC13菌丝过滤后,经减压浓缩、乙醇沉淀、双蒸水悬浮、透析、离心,得到滤液活性物质(Cultural fluids filtrated substance,CFS).测定结果表明,CFS含糖量为41.88 mg/mL葡萄糖当量.CFS在体外对稻瘟菌的孢子萌发和菌丝生长均无抑制作用,但处理水稻后可以显著提高水稻对稻瘟病菌的抗病性,在亲和性品系中,诱导抗病效果最高可达49.56%,且浓度与活性间存在正相关趋势,在非亲和品系中,CFS处理引起HR反应.CFS处理后,水稻POD和PAL活力明显升高.
Cultural fluids filtrated substance (CFS) was made from the cultural liquid of the race ZC13 of rice blast fungus Magnaporthe grisea after 20 days shaking culture by filtrating off the myceha, decompression concentration, ethanol deposition, suspension by double distilled water, dialysis, and centrifugation CFS contained 41.88 mg/mL carbohydrates (glucose equivalents). Experiments showed that CFS had no obvious inhibition to the development of mycelium and the germination of spores of the pathogen. However, it could induce rice resistance to blast, and disease inhibition could reach to about 50%, compared with that by distilled water treatment. In the experiment, the range of 83.88 μg/mL-4.19 mg/mL of glucose equivalents of CFS could induce rice resistance to blast in compatible and partially incompatible rice lines, and the resistance effect became better with the glucose content increased. In completely incompatible rice fine C101A51, CFS induced hypersensitive responses. CFS could induce increase of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activities in the rice isogenie lines.
