Gene Chip Technology and Its Application in Plants

摘要 基因芯片技术是近几年发展起来的一项高通量、快速、高准确度的新技术,该技术已被广泛地应用到基因表达水平检测、特异相关基因分离、基因突变性检测、植物杂种优势预测、种子纯度检测、转基因植物检测及植物检疫等多种研究领域。该研究介绍了基因芯片技术的概念、分类、制作原理及其在植物中的应用和研究展望。 Gene chip is a high throughput,speedy and accurate technology developed recently.It has been widely applied in gene expression detection,specific trait related gene isolation,gene mutation detection,heterosis prediction,seeds purity detection,transgenic plants detection,plants quarantine and so on.The concept,varieties,principles of gene chip,and its application in plants and prospect were introduced respectively.
