绿原酸和阿魏酸与棉花对枯萎病抗性的关系 被引量:15

Involvement of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in the resistance of cotton seedlings to Fusarium wilt

摘要 分析了枯萎病菌侵染及氟乐灵诱发处理后棉苗叶片和根茎部组织中可溶性酚、黄酮醇、绿原酸和阿魏酸含量的变化.结果表明:抗病品种棉苗组织中酚类物质的含量高于感病品种;氟乐灵诱发处理促进了棉苗组织中酚类物质的积累;枯萎病菌侵染可明显提高棉苗体内的酚含量.抗病品种棉苗及经氟乐灵诱发并产生诱导抗性的棉苗受侵后其组织中酚含量的增加幅度更大.由此认为,棉花体内的酚类物质。 The changes in contents of soluble phenolics,flavonoid,chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in leaves and stems/roots of cotton seedlings after infection by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum (Fov) or pretreatment with trifluralin at 2 μg·g -1 soil were studied.The levels of soluble phenolics flavonoid ,chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in the seedlings of resistant cultivar (cv.Zhongmian 12) were higher than that in susce ptible seedlings (cv.6037).Pretreatment with trifluralin,which had been demonstrated to enhance the resistance of cotton seedlings to Fusarium wilt,increased the contents of the above mentioned phenolics.After infection by Fov ,the contents of soluble phenolics,flavonoid, chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in the seedlings of both tested cultivars were increased.However,the increases in the seedlings of resistant cultivar and in the trifluralin treated seedlings with induced resistance were more markedly than that in susceptible one.The results suggested that the increased levels of phenolic compound,especially chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid,in cotton seedlings after infection by Fov or pretreatment with trifluralin may play a role in the resistance and the trifluralin induced resistance of cotton to Fusarium wilt.
