摘要
用丙酸和正丁醇为原料,以颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化合成了丙酸丁酯。研究结果表明:活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸具有较高的催化活性。通过多次实验得出最佳反应条件为:物料配比为1:1.2(以丙酸用量0.2 mol为基准),催化剂用量为1.0 g,反应回流时间为2.0 h,反应酯化率可达 99.78%,催化剂的重复利用率较好。利用折光率、红外光谱分析等对产品进行了物性和结构表征。
This paper studies the synthesis of n-butyl propionate catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on granular activated carbon using propionate acid and n-butanol as raw materials. The results show that the p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon exhibits a higher activity. The optimal reaction conditions resulting from lots of experiments are as follows: the ratio of raw materials is 1 : 1.2 (based on the usage of propionate as 0.2 mol), the usage of catalyst is 1.0 g, and the reaction time is 2.0 h. The yield of n-butyl propionate can reach 99.78%, and the catalyst can-be used repeatedly under optimal reaction conditions.
