摘要
在液-固和气-固反应体系中,研究了固载在不同活性炭上的杂多酸催化剂对正丁醇和乙酸、乙醇和乙酸酯化反应的催化作用.实验表明,活性炭载体表面的磁性灰分对催化活性是不利的.不同活性炭对杂多酸的固载牢度显著不同,其中煤质炭较为理想.在液-固相合成乙酸丁酯和气-固相合成乙酸乙酯反应中,杂多酸/煤质炭催化剂的活性均高于HZSM-5分子筛和酸性大孔离子交换树脂.
The catalytic action of heteropoly-acid(HPA)supported on active carbons was investigated during the esteri-fication of n-butanol and ethanol with acetic acid in the liquid-solid and the gas -solid systems separately. Experi-mental results indicated that the ash impurity of carbon supporters significantly decrease the catalytic activity of the HPA/C catalyst. Moreover,the active carbons studied had different adsorption strength for HPA,in which the carbons made from coal showed satisfactory results. Whether in synthesis of butylacetate in the liquid-solid system or in synthesis of ethylacetate in the gas-solid system,the catalytic activity of HPA/C(from coal)was much higher that of HZSM-5 zeolite and acidic macroporous ion exchange resin.
