摘要
以颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,由正丁酸和正丁醇反应合成丁酸丁酯, 并探讨了诸因素对酯化产率的影响。实验结果表明,活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸具有良好的催化活性,当酸醇摩尔比为1:1.4,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的5.2%,反应时间75 min时,酯化产率可达 98.61%。
Butyl butyrate was synthesized using p - toluenesulphonic acid supported on granule activated carbon as catalyst. Some factors influencing the reaction were discussed. It was shown that p - toluene sulphonic acid supported on activated carbon was an excellent catalyst. The yield of butyl butyrate could reach 98.6l % when the molar ratio of n - butyl alcohol to n - butyric acid was 1:1.4,reaction time 75 min,the dosage of catalyst based on total reactants 5.2 %.
