摘要
以磷钨杂多酸取代硫酸作催化剂,制备部分乙酸酯和羧酸丁酯,收率能达到或超过用硫酸催化的水平。反应条件:催化剂用量为反应液的1％～2％,醇酸摩尔比为0.8～1.0,酯化反应时间为2h。
Replacing sulfuric acid, phosphotungstic acid was used as catalyst for preparing acetic acid esters and butyl esters of carboxylic acids, the yield of end-product was the same as or even more than using sulfuric acid as catalyst. The optimum condition are: tool ratio of alcohol to carboxyLic acid 0.8～1.0, the quantity of catalyst to feedstock 1%～2% (wt.), the reaction time 2 hours.
