微波辐射下活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化合成乳酸正丁酯 被引量:1

Catalyzing n - Butyl Lactate Synthesis by p - Toluenesulfonic Acid Supported on Activated Carbon under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 利用颗粒状活性炭固栽对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,在微波辐射下,快速合成乳酸正丁酯。实验结果显示。当微波 功率为300w,催化剂用量为0.8 g,醇酸物质的量的经为3:1,反应时间仅为30min时,酯化率可达97.0%以上。另 外,通过实验发现,微波辐射下,反应速率明显高于常规加热方式。 The authors conducted an experiment of n - butyl - lactate synthesis catalyzed by p - toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon under microwave irradiation. The experiment showed that when powers of microwave irradiation was 300 w, the amount of catalyst 0. 8 g, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 3: 1, and the reaction time 30 min , the yield of the product could reach over 97.0% . In addition, it was found that under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of esterification was significantly higher than that under conventional heating.
