摘要
以硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,对丙酸丁酯的合成工艺进行了研究 ,在优化条件下 ,丙酸丁酯的收率达99 5 %。最佳工艺条件是 :丙酸 0 1mol,正丁醇 0 14mol,反应时间 90min ,硫酸氢钠 0 .3g ,反应温度 14 0℃。
The synthetic conditions of n-butyl propanoate by catalysis of NaHSO4·H 2O was studied.In the optimun condition,the yield is 99.5%.The optemun condition is as follows:propanoic acid 0.1mol,n-butyl alcohol 0.14 mol,reaction time 90 min,amount of NaHSO 4·H 2O 0.3g,reaction temperature 140℃
