摘要
毛细管电泳是一种分离手性化合物极为有效的工具。本文用β-环糊精作为手性选择剂在CZE的模式下对取代四氢β-咔啉类手性化合物进行了成功的拆分。研究了实验参数,如β-环糊精的浓度、pH值、离子强度和电压时分离效果的影响,并提出了可能的手性识别机理。
High performance capillary electrophoresis is a powerful tool for optical resolutionof chiral compounds. In this work substituted tetrahydro-β-carboline chiral compounds were successfuIly resolved using β-CD as chiral selector in CZE mode. We studied the effects of experimental parameters (such as β-CD concentraion, pH value, concentration of buffer solution and applied voltage) on the separation. In addition, a possible mechanism of chiral recognition was discussed.
