摘要
对毛细管电泳在药物中的分离测定，手性药物的拆分及药物中杂质含量的测定做了综述，并列举了部分手性药物拆分的应用实例。
An overview on application of capillary electrophoresis in pharmaceutical analysis is presented. In this paper,the resolution of chiral drugs and the quantitative determination of impurities are mentioned. Some0 application examples on chiral separations are also given.
