摘要
利用饱和硫酸铵法对牛血清中的免疫球蛋白进行分离提取,得到免疫球蛋白的粗提物,研究不同单因素对IgG质量浓度及IgG纯度的影响,确定最佳提取参数如下:提取温度为50℃,静置时间为50min,血清-PBS比例2︰1(体积比),缓冲溶液pH值7.4,离心机转速4500r/min。
In this artical,the Ig was isolated from bovine serum by the neuter salt methods using saturated ammonium sulphate,and then got the crude extraction of Ig.the relationship between the content of IgG ,purity of IgG and different singal factors were researched ,the results showed that separating at 50 ℃ ,4 500 r/min, resting for 50 rain, mixing serum and PBS(pH7.4) at 2:1 were the best parameters.,
