摘要
师资是高校最重要的资源,作为以高素质工程技术应用型人才培养为己任的应用型高校的人才培养,其前提是必须拥有一支高素质的师资队伍。文章分析了应用型本科院校师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题及其根源,并相应地提出了培养、引进和稳定师资队伍的一些举措,同时对应用型本科院校师资队伍管理模式制度创新作了有益的思考。
Faculty is the most important resource of a university. The sustainable development of a university requires highly qualified teaching staff. As a result, strengthening the construction of faculty has become an issue to which a university should pay much attention in a rather long period of time. The article tried to analyze the major problems existing in the construction of university faculty and put forward some measures to cultivate, attract and stabilize the faculty. In the meantime, the author has reflected on the innovation of institutional management of university faculty.
