新时期加强师资队伍建设,重点应当强化市场意识,建立双向的人才流动机制;强化结构意识,建立有效的人才培养机制;强化质量意识,建立真正的教师聘任和考核机制;强化效率意识,建立合理的分配激励机制以及强化育人意识,建立必要的师德建设机制。
In this new era of education, to effectively develop a team of teaching staff, we should focus on recognizing the market orientation, facilitating a two-way flow of teaching staff; enforcing the awareness of organization structure, incorporating the use of a regular and efficient training program that uses up to date training techniques; enforcing the awareness of quality, utilizing an effective system of recruitment and assessment; enforcing the awareness of efficiency, establishing a reasonable income distribution and reward system; enforcing the awareness of educating, ensuring that the highest level of morals in fulfilling their duties.
