摘要
目的:建立蝎子七药材的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法定性;高效液相色谱法定量,色谱条件为 Hypersil C_(18)柱(250 nm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-磷酸(5:95:0.5)为流动相,检测波长271 nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃。结果:没食子酸峰与其他峰分离良好。线性范围为20.02~600.6 ng,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率为98.17%,RSD 为1.1%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便快速,灵敏度、精密度和稳定性良好,能有效控制蝎子七药材的质量。
Objective: To establish the effective methods for the quality control of Rhizoma Polygom vivipari. Methods: Gallic acid was identified by TLC. The contents of gallic acid were determined by HPLC, carried on a column of Hypersil C 18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol - water - phosphoric acid (5: 95: 0. 5 ), the detection wavelength was at 271 nm,with flow rat at 1. 0 mL· min^ -1 ,the temperature of the column was 30 ℃. Results: The TLC methods were simple wish strong specificity and good reproducibility. The contents of gallic acid were dertermined by HPLC, with accuracy of the average recoveries of 98. 17% (RSD = 1%, n = 5 ). Conclusion: These methods can be used for quality control of Rhizaoma Polygom vivipari effectively.
