摘要
目的:建立测定复方金银花擦剂中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:Novapak C18色谱柱,流动相甲醇-冰醋酸-二甲基酰胺-水(2∶0.5∶20∶90),检测波长275 nm。结果:该法线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 6,加样回收率为99.02%,RSD=1.94%。结论:该方法操作简单,分离效果好,可用于复方金银花擦剂的质量控制。
Objective： To determine the content of gallic acid in liniment of compound Jin Yinhua. Methods：The determination was carried out with Novapak C18 column, using phosphorous-methanol（7 ： 5）as the mobile and detected at the wavelength of 284nm. Results：The recovery of this method was 99.32% and RSD was 1.33%（n=6）. Conclusion：The method is sentitive with a good stability and can be used for quality control in compound Jin Yinhua.
