摘要
目的：测定越桔明片中没食子酸（Ｃ７Ｈ６Ｏ５）含量。方法：ＨＰＬＣ法，Ｃ１８－ＯＤＳ２柱，０．２％甲醇／乙腈－０．１％磷酸和０．１％三乙胺（３：９７）为流动相，检测波长２２０ｎｍ。结果：没食子酸在９２￣７３６ｎｇ范围内呈良好线性关系，回归方程Ｙ＝１．４１４×１０＾４＋６．６４２×１０＾３Ｘ，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率９９．７％，ＲＳＤ＝４．３％（ｎ＝５）。结论：方法简便、灵敏、重现性好。
Objective: To determine gallic acid in Yuejuming tablet by HPLC. Method: C18 - ODS2 column with 0.2% methonal/acetonitrile- 0.1% H3PO4 and 0.1% triethylamine (3:97) was used in HPLC,the column temperature was 30℃, detecting wavelength was 220nm. Result: The average recovery was 97.3%, RSD was 2.8%(n=5).Conclusion: Such method is rapid, accurate with good recovery.
